We will inform you during the checkout process if the item you selected is currently out of stock and requires production.
     

  2. Shipping Options: We offer worldwide shipping for both our physical jewelry pieces and associated NFTs. Upon checkout, you can choose from various shipping options, such as standard, express, or priority shipping, depending on your preferences and location.
     

  3. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected and the destination country. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

REFUND POLICY

Smart Refund Policy 

At Portal, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our customers while ensuring security for our merchants. Please review the details of our Smart Refund Policy below:

  1. NFT Purchases: Due to the nature of digital assets and blockchain transactions, all sales of NFTs are considered final. However, if you experience any issues or discrepancies with your NFT purchase, such as not receiving the NFT in your wallet or facing technical issues, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and do our best to assist you.
     
     

  2. Physical Jewelry Pieces (NFT & Direct Purchases): If you are unsatisfied with the physical jewelry piece, either associated with your NFT or purchased directly via the cart on our website, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, the jewelry piece must be in its original, unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
     

  3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund for a physical jewelry piece, please contact our customer support team through the Contact Us page on our website. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Once your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive the returned item.

NFT Verification: To protect the interests of our merchants, we will verify the ownership and authenticity of the NFT before processing any refund requests related to physical jewelry pieces associated with NFTs. This process ensures that the NFT has not been resold, transferred, or altered in any way.
     

  5. Exceptions: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or other violations of our terms and conditions. This includes cases where the NFT has been resold, transferred, or altered in any way.
